Engineering Department
To ensure the quality maintenance of the highly sophisticated machinery and equipment which reassure a quality and smoothly carrying out production, the engineering wing function as a key facilitator. With integrated LEAN and TPM principles to meet zero accidents, zero defects, zero breakdowns and zero waste, the Engineering department continuously improve the system for the maximum efficiency.
With the main responsibility of maintaining the machines and infrastructure facilities in mechanical, electrical, electronics, chemical and civil fields, the engineering department also ensure the uninterrupted utility services which are essential for a clean environment for high-quality manufacturing process. The construction of new buildings and facility expansion, purchasing of cutting-edge equipment and machinery and implementing energy saving projects also fall under the purview of the engineering department. Also, there are measures in place to ensure and comply with the occupational health and safety, as well as environment standards.
