To streamline and consolidate the purchasing function within the corporation, the Planning & Procurement department serves as a seamless body. The department maximize the value for outlays by ensuring of quality, timeliness, appropriateness and affordability of the procurements.

Material planning, Procurement and Inventory control are the main functions of the department while devising a procurement system which ensure the maximization of economy, efficiency and effectiveness.
